The Elemental Mentorship is a six-month, one-on-one container for women who want ongoing, spacious support as they integrate change into daily life. It’s suited to those who value continuity, reflection, and a slower rhythm — where nothing needs to be rushed or fixed, but everything is welcome to be explored.
We meet fortnightly for 75-minute sessions, moving through the Elemental Method in a way that allows insights, patterns, and identity shifts to unfold naturally over time. In addition to session time, Mentorship includes weekly check-in messages, offering a steady sense of contact and support between sessions. A bonus integration session at the end allows space to reflect on the longer arc of the work.
This container is less about momentum and more about relationship — a steady place to return to as you live your life, deepen your self-trust, and continue integrating the work in a way that feels sustainable and grounded.
