I’m a holistic life coach for women navigating stress, burnout, and life transitions. Based in Coffs Harbour on the Mid-North Coast of NSW, I work with women locally and online across Australia and internationally through coaching programs, courses, and one-to-one support.

My work blends neuroscience-informed nervous system education, somatic practices, and practical behaviour change to help women move beyond overwhelm and reconnect with clarity, confidence, and a life that feels meaningful.

I’ve spent the last two decades working in education and wellbeing, always guided by the same question:

How can I help women feel more at home in themselves and confident to live a life that truly reflects who they are?

Women don’t need more advice.
They need understanding — of how their nervous system works, why stress patterns develop, and how the mind and body respond to overwhelm and change.

My coaching combines science-informed nervous system education with holistic mind-body practices so women can move beyond survival mode and build emotional resilience, clarity, and confidence.

  • Somatic practices support women to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous system, and develop greater awareness of how physical and emotional health manifest in the body.

    We begin by grounding.
    You’ll understand your patterns, calm your system, and reconnect with what genuinely matters. This creates the stability your mind and body need before change can take root.

    Next, we soften mental noise.
    You’ll create space to think clearly, release internal pressure, and breathe again. This phase helps you see yourself and your life with new perspective and understanding.

  • Fire

    Confidence

    Then we rebuild momentum.
    Here, we strengthen boundaries, restore vitality, and take aligned, purposeful action. It’s about moving forward in a way that aligns with your spirit and that your mind and body can actually support

    Flow

    Finally, we integrate.
    You’ll nurture consistency, embed new habits, and cultivate a rhythm of living that feels like you — calm, confident, and sure.

What I Believe;

I believe women are powerful when they feel supported, resourced, and grounded.

I believe change doesn’t need to be dramatic to be meaningful.

I believe rest is productive.

I believe clarity comes when we stop overriding our own cues.

I believe the body tells the truth long before the mind catches up.

And I believe every woman deserves a healthy life that feels like hers.

When I’m Me…

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me by the ocean or in the forests of the Mid-North Coast of New South Wales. I’m a mum of two young men and someone who loves travelling, reading, and music — anything that adds creativity, perspective, and a deeper appreciation of being human to everyday life.

I find so much joy in my garden and in caring for the animals that make our home feel full. These parts of my life keep me steady, grounded, and connected — and they shape the way I show up in my work.

People often describe me as warm, grounded, and intuitive—a calm presence who listens beneath the surface and helps others remember their own strength and beauty.
