I’m a holistic life coach, somatic practitioner, author, and speaker with postgraduate qualifications in education, neuroscience and applied health.

I’ve spent the last two decades working in education and wellbeing, always with the same question in mind:

How can I help women of all ages feel more at home in themselves and confident to live the life that has meaning for them?

My Approach: Science + Soul + Self

Women don’t need more advice.
They need understanding — of how their nervous system works, why they respond the way they do, and what their body is trying to communicate.

My coaching blends:

  • My years as an educator taught me how people learn, how stress shapes behaviour, and how deeply women influence the wellbeing of their families and communities. I also saw how many women give so much without understanding their own needs or strengths.

    That’s why education is central to my work now.
    When women understand how their mind and body work together, they gain clarity, confidence, and long-term wellbeing — and that ripple benefits everyone around them.

  • I’ve always been fascinated by the mind-body connection.
    Postgraduate study in neuroscience deepened my understanding of stress, trauma, nervous system regulation, and behaviour change — giving me the research-backed tools to help women make real, lasting shifts.

  • I learned that insight alone isn’t enough.
    Your body also holds your patterns, your stories, and your stress.
    So I trained in somatic coaching, breathwork, and mind-body practices that help women reconnect with their inner cues, soften overwhelm, and build self-trust from the inside out.

    Her Nurtured Life is where all of this comes together — science, soul, and the lived reality of being a woman who’s doing her best.

What I Believe;

I believe women are powerful when they feel supported, resourced, and grounded.

I believe change doesn’t need to be dramatic to be meaningful.

I believe rest is productive.

I believe clarity comes when we stop overriding our own cues.

I believe the body tells the truth long before the mind catches up.

And I believe every woman deserves a healthy life that feels like hers.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me by the ocean or in the forests of the Mid-North Coast of New South Wales. I’m a mum of two young men and someone who loves travelling, reading, and music — anything that adds creativity, perspective, and a deeper appreciation of being human to everyday life.

I find so much joy in my garden and in caring for the animals that make our home feel full. These parts of my life keep me steady, grounded, and connected — and they shape the way I show up in my work.

People often describe me as warm, grounded, and intuitive—a calm presence who listens beneath the surface and helps others remember their own strength and beauty.
