I created Her Nurtured Life for the women I’ve worked with—and for the woman I’ve been.
I’m a holistic life coach, educator, and women’s wellness mentor who helps women move from burnout and survival mode to calm confidence and clarity. My mission is to help women live from their own truth—grounded, self-trusting, and at peace within themselves.
With over 30 years’ experience in education, applied health, and neuroscience, I translate complex mind–body science into simple, practical tools you can use in everyday life. My work blends somatic practices, nervous system support, and self-compassion tools to help women reconnect with their natural wisdom and create lives that feel balanced and meaningful.

When I’m Me…
I’m part science geek, part barefoot beach wanderer, and a passionate gardener who believes life makes more sense with a little dirt under your nails and salt on your skin.
Travel has always been one of my greatest teachers—it reminds me how vast and connected the world really is. Wherever I go, I’m drawn to quiet corners, ocean paths, and the kind of conversations that make you see life differently.
When I’m home, you’ll often find me on the yoga mat, breathing myself back into balance, or rehearsing with my local community theatre, where storytelling and shared laughter feel like medicine for the soul.
I’m a mum of two, and my happiest moments are the simple ones—sharing meals with family and friends, wandering somewhere beautiful, or watching something I’ve nurtured finally bloom.
