Individual Coaching
When you want support with what's happening in your life right now.
Perhaps you're navigating a difficult decision, managing stress, working on personal goals or adjusting to change.
Individual Coaching offers flexible, personalised support without committing to a longer program.
What's included:
Four weekly, 60-minute private coaching sessions.
Coaching tailored to your circumstances and goals.
Brief email or text support between sessions.
The option to continue with another four sessions.
Investment: $440 AUD for four sessions
Elemental Mentorship
When you know something needs to change, but you're not sure what exactly.
You might feel overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected from yourself. Perhaps you've tried making changes, but something keeps getting in the way.
Elemental Mentorship is my comprehensive individual coaching program. Through the Elemental Method, we'll explore your patterns, needs, values and priorities, helping you better understand yourself and what you want from life.
What's included:
Twelve private, 60-minute coaching sessions.
The complete Elemental Method and supporting resources.
Personalised strategies and practical activities.
Regular check-ins and ongoing support between sessions.
Investment: $1,500 AUD
Elemental Circle
When you'd like to focus on yourself alongside other women.
Elemental Circle brings women together to explore their wellbeing, understand themselves more clearly and make meaningful changes in a supportive group environment.
You'll work through the Elemental Method with opportunities for learning, reflection and connection.
What's included:
Ten weekly live online group sessions.
Guided learning and practical activities.
A workbook and supporting resources.
An additional integration session.
Optional group connection between meetings.
