If analytics or advertising tools are used, the providers may collect identifiers, device data and information about your interaction with the website in accordance with their own privacy policies.

11. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Measures may include password protection, access controls, multi-factor authentication where available, reputable service providers and secure digital systems.

No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure. If a data breach occurs, we will assess and respond to it and, where required, notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

15. Children and young people

Our website, digital products and general coaching services are primarily intended for adults.
