The Elemental Circle
A foundational group experience for women ready to create change that feels steady, sustainable, and true.
A space to feel seen, held, and strengthened.
The Elemental Circle is a live, 10-week group program for women who feel stretched, overwhelmed, or slightly disconnected from themselves — and who want a calmer, more grounded way of living without pressure to “fix” or overhaul their life.
What the Elemental Circle Is
The Elemental Circle follows a simple, nature-based pathway that moves through four qualities — Earth, Air, Fire, and Water. Each one supports a different aspect of steadiness, clarity, energy, and integration, offering a gentle structure for change that feels grounded and human.
Rather than pushing for change, the Circle supports you to understand how your mind, body, emotions, and patterns work together — and how to work with them to create a life that feels more aligned and supportive.
This is not a program about constant self-improvement.
It’s about learning how to listen to yourself, respond with intention, and make changes that actually last.
The Elemental Method
Across the Circle, we move through four elemental spaces:
Earth – grounding, safety, and stability
Air – clarity, perspective, and understanding patterns
Fire – energy, boundaries, confidence, and direction
Water – integration, emotional flow, and deep listening
Each element offers a different lens for understanding yourself and your life. Together, they create a coherent pathway for change that feels embodied, realistic, and human.

What You’ll Experience
Women often join the Circle feeling tired, unsure, or caught in old patterns. Over time, many notice they feel:
more settled and grounded in themselves
less reactive to everyday stress
clearer about what matters and what doesn’t
more confident making decisions that reflect who they are
better resourced to meet life as it unfolds
The shifts aren’t dramatic or forced — they’re steady, meaningful, and sustainable.
Choose the Circle That Works For You
The Elemental Circle is offered at two different times to support women in different locations and life rhythms. Both options follow the same structure, content, and group experience — the only difference is the session time.
You’re welcome to choose the Circle time that best fits your life, energy, and time zone. Both groups offer the same depth of support and shared experience.
Tuesday daytime, 12–2pm AEDST
This option is ideal for women who are available during the day in Australia. It also works for some international participants in North America depending on location and schedule.
Tuesday evenings, 7–9pm AEDST
This option suits women based in Australia and nearby regions who prefer an evening group experience after the day has settled, or those in the UK and Europe who are free during the day.
Optional:
Individual Support Series (1:1)
Some women choose to add a small amount of individual support alongside the Elemental Circle.
The Individual Support Series includes five private 60-minute sessions, designed to support personal integration as you move through the group experience. These sessions offer space to reflect privately, explore how the Circle material applies to your life, and work with anything that feels specific or nuanced for you.
The Circle is a complete experience on its own.
This option is simply available for those who feel supported by occasional 1:1 guidance.
5 × 60-minute individual sessions
Booked via a private calendar link at the start of the program
Additional investment: $450 AUD
Not sure if this is right for you?
If you’re feeling drawn to the Elemental Circle but have questions — or you’re wondering whether you might benefit from additional, more personalised support alongside the group — you don’t need to work that out on your own.
A short clarity conversation offers space to talk things through, ask questions, and explore what level of support would best meet you where you are right now. There’s no pressure to decide — it’s simply a chance to gain clarity and see what feels right for you.
